A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount of the deposit will be specified at the time of booking. Full payment must be made 60 days before the departure date. If the booking is made within 60 days of departure, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

Your booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit and you receive a confirmation invoice. Final payments are due 60 days before the departure date. If final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as canceled and retain the deposit.
Our trip prices are based on currency exchange rates at the time of booking. We reserve the right to impose surcharges for increases in transportation costs, currency fluctuations, and government-imposed taxes. Any surcharge will be communicated to you at least 30 days before the departure date.
To confirm your travel arrangements, we require accurate personal details at the time of booking. This includes your full name as it appears on your passport, date of birth, nationality, and passport details. Any discrepancies may result in additional charges or the inability to travel.

We reserve the right to cancel a trip if it fails to meet the minimum number of participants, if travel conditions make it impossible to operate the trip safely, or for other unforeseen reasons. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another trip.
Force Majeure refers to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or pandemics. If your trip is canceled due to Force Majeure, we will offer you a credit for a future trip or a refund, minus any non-recoverable costs.
